and then there was 3

we had a lovely baby girl in january 9lbs 9oz.. hmm big girl! Ava Elizabeth, she is a great sleeper and sleeps through the night from 7 weeks so i can handle the days with the 3 of them.

Emma has been greeat with her from day 1 and loves to be the big big sister, she loves to kiss her even when she is asleep and i have told her to leave her! hmmmm

leah struggled at the beginning and wanted to send the baby back but has got used to her and likes to copy emma so this baby gets smothered with kisses.

i love her smiles and she is starting to look like leah i think but i didnt colour! someone asked me the other day if they all had the same father! how rude is that? cheeky thing!

rugby

so david took emma to her 1st rugby game in dublin and loved it, i think she got bored but she was aloud to shout as loud as she could, so that made her happy.

emmas 1st tooth

emma had her ist wobbly tooth and it was there forever she wouldnt let us at it and would cry every time david asked to touch it because she tought he would pull it out! I picked her up from school one day and she was so excited that her tooth had come out and it didnt hurt her!

so i put the tooth on the mantel piece in a some tissue papper and took them up to be bathed. i came down stairs and noticed that it wasnt there! i asked david and he had thrown it into the fire not knowing what it was!!!! so typical!!!, well emma sobbed and sobbed, but was delighted when the the tooth fairy still came!!!

halloween

i did rotate these but didnt work. so the girls were so excited for halloween and couldnt wait to get dressed up!

Emma did her own pumpkin this year and did a great job she is getting so grown up now and along with that harder work!

we invited some new friends round who are at school here from canada, it always confuses me that they would couse to come to limerick! we had agreat night!

so this is how different the girls are, emma wanted to be a vampire and leah wanted to be a princess! so when they got dressed up leah was all spinning around in her dress and said "emma will you marry me and emma turns around and says no im going to eat you" so funny, i never thought they would

I put some of my makeup on leah, it was so funny, i thought she would fall asleep! i put the face paints on emma, they had to dress up about 3 times over a week so i was done dressing them up and i think they were too!

so this summer lots of davids family were over so we had a day at the beach and as you can tell we didnt have too much sun! but it was fun just being with everyone.

the kids had agreat time and the girls got to play with their cousins that they hardly see.

emma is daddys twin as you can see loving to show her muscles off. They wernt scared to get wet even though it was freezing!

emma's 5th birthday

so this is how long it has been since ive done a blog! emmas birthday was back in july, how bad is that? well with it being in july i thought we would have the party at home and it was going to be her 1st proper party so we had ordered a bouncy castle, i thought i wouldnt have to worry about the weather and all the kids could be out side so she had invited all the cousins and some school friends! big... huge mistake! it poored it down so had to have it in the house!!!

Leah liked adopted some of her more girly presents!

my brill sister in law made the peppa pig cake, i had intended on doing it myself but she insisted on doing it so who am i to argue!

We had to think of some things to do so the face paints came out, i convinced david to do some magic tricks which they loved! this is Leahs best friend nancy from across the road.

Played the usual pass the parsel and grandad joined in the fun! i was so stressed out that the kids would be bored but they had agreat time and the kids just ran wild.
there must have been over 20 kids here. After there was little chocolate hand prints going up my stairs and little prints of tiger face on my bed sheets!!! o the fun............ never again will i have it at home, ive learnt my lesson!
